Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. To ensure we can continue to provide quality care and respect our practitioners' time, the following cancellation policy is in place:

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment time or failure to attend without contacting the clinic will result in a 100% charge of the treatment fee.
